Everything Seuss

As we near Read Across America Week (February 27-March 2) here are some random resources to help you in planning the week with your students:

District documents can be found on the Read Across America Week page on the wiki.  Also check the Teacher share drive, LMC subdirectory, for great Seuss video stories.

The LMC has two shelves of Seuss books, check the catalog or stop by to check out a few to supplement your class library.

Stop by Seusville, the official site for Dr. Seuss. Educators page includes printables, activities, lesson plans, author study, events and newsletters.

If you are looking for Seuss related activities, resources and ideas, you must visit Seuss-in-the-Hat!. It is a fantastic Live Binder chock full of inspiration and tools.

Of course, NEA's Read Across America page has activities, materials and resources.

And finally for sports fans: Tim Tebow adds another chapter to his legend with his rendition of Dr. Seuss' 'Green Eggs and Ham'
